Dan Ceilley, ARA, MAI

    

Dan is the President of Live Oak Analytics, LLC. He is a State-certified general real estate appraiser RZ3351 in the State of Florida. He holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation which is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers to “those members who have had years of experience, are technically trained, have passed a rigid examination and subscribe to a high code of ethics”. He is also an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Dan has a bachelor’s degree (BS in Geography) from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree (MBA) from Florida Gulf Coast University. Dan has resided in Florida for over 20 years and has approximately 15 years of experience in real estate valuation, including work on agricultural properties, environmentally sensitive lands, conservation easements, remainder rights, partial interests, commercial and industrial properties, single and multifamily residential projects, transitional land and special purpose properties.
