Cliff Bowen, SRA, IFAS

Cliff is a State-certified general real estate appraiser RZ376 and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. Cliff has a bachelor’s degree (BS in General Science) from Oregon State University; and, he is an SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute, an Associate Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), and a Senior Member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. His professional background includes 45 years of appraisal and consulting experience involving a wide variety of agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential properties. Cliff has specialized in agricultural properties, environmentally sensitive lands, conservation easements, remainder rights and partial interests for over 30 years. Cliff has also served as the President of the West Coast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the Vice President of the Florida Chapter of the ASFMRA, and as a Chapter President and a Vice Governor for the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. In 2012, he served on the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Lee County Conservation 20/20 Program.
